First-ever L.A. appearance of BLAZER – the warrior reggae sound system notorious for late-night, secret location, dub-to-dancehall sitches in NYC. The duo of DJs Rainstick and Zebrablood will select and make subs hum between sets, and then – following the live stage acts – push on inna dance-party mode into the night. Concert features the organic electronic infectious of FLACCID MOJO aka Bjorn and Aaron from Black Dice AND an all-too-rare set from BEAT DETECTIVES, the NYC-based duo of Aaron Anderson and Chris Hontos inventing a music of warped and mangled beats. This epic gig boots up with the super, sonic elastics of SUN ARAW.
